These adult diapers are engineered for heavy incontinence and overnight use, combining fast absorption, high capacity, secure fit, and optional antibacterial & odor-control performance to keep skin dry and reduce leakage risk during long wear periods.
Soft & Skin-Friendly Surface
The hydrophilic nonwoven topsheet is gentle on skin and quickly channels liquid into the absorbent core, helping maintain surface dryness even during extended wear.
High-Absorbency Core
The core uses quality fluff pulp combined with high-performance SAP to rapidly absorb and lock liquid. Core configuration (pulp grade, SAP type and quantity) can be adjusted according to target absorbency and cost requirements.
Antibacterial & Odor-Control Options
Optional antibacterial and odor-control technology helps inhibit bacterial growth and reduce ammonia odor, supporting a fresher and more hygienic experience for users and caregivers — especially valuable in hospital and nursing home environments.
Double Leak Protection
Standing leak guards made from double-layer hydrophobic nonwoven, together with leg cuffs, help prevent side leakage even when the user changes position during the night.
Secure & Adjustable Fit
Refastenable tapes allow easy adjustment for different body types. Elastic waist and leg areas provide a snug yet comfortable fit for extended wear.
Breathable Backsheet Options
Breathable PE film provides reliable waterproof protection while allowing air circulation. Cloth-like PE + nonwoven composite backsheet is also available for a softer feel. Custom printing on the PE film is supported.

Top Sheet
Soft hydrophilic nonwoven fabric designed to feel comfortable and quickly guide liquid into the core.
Acquisition & Distribution Layer (Optional)
Hydrophilic nonwoven layer that helps distribute liquid evenly across the core for faster uptake and better utilization of the SAP. Can be configured as single or dual layer.
Upper Wrap
Tissue paper or nonwoven wrap that contains the core and can serve as an additional distribution layer when nonwoven is used.
Absorbent Core
Fluff pulp + SAP. Pulp options include high-quality imported or domestic grades (roll pulp preferred for better performance). SAP type and quantity can be selected according to absorbency, rewet performance and cost targets. Antibacterial SAP options can be discussed.
Lower Wrap
Tissue or nonwoven that supports the core and improves overall structure.
Back Sheet
Breathable PE film (standard). Optional PE film + nonwoven composite for cloth-like softness. Custom patterns can be printed on the PE film.
